Problem Statement: One commercial space by a renowned construction company was coming up with a new project and they want to make their entire building pest & bird proof from day 1.

Finding: Few food manufacturing units were present in the vicinity. Which could be bigger source of pest infestation. Local residents are also using a ground nearby to feed birds during morning & evening time. It could also lead to Birds related issues when building starts functioning.

Approach: Our expert team did a detailed study of entire vicinity of new building and prepared a report with potential pest & bird issues. Then we collaborated with site architecture & shared our inputs to stop pests & birds entry points in building. We help them to prepare SCHEMATIC MAP of entire building from Pest Control perspective. 

Result: Tenants of commercial building reported zero pest issue and they are very satisfied with our Integrated Pest Management approach from Day 1 of operations.
