Problem Statement: A famous packaged food brand was facing challenges in pest management and lots of issues are coming on regular basis despite best Pest Control machine & tools were installed.

Finding: We deployed our Pest Control expert at production plant & they find out that most of the pest control machines & tools have installation issue. Fly catcher machines were installed at proper height. UV Tubes of Fly Catcher machines were more than 6months older & while installing proper angle of light emission was not kept in mind. Roda boxes installation locations were not correct & they’re kept at a distance from wall corners. 

Approach: Our team changed the locations of Fly catching machine at a proper height where flies get attracted towards it & get killed. UV Tubes of all machines were changed and next schedule change date was marked on each tube. Roda boxes position changed towards wall side area with proper distance maintained between them. Rodents tracking mechanism used to find out exact entry/exit points & then treatment was done.

Result: Pest issues were completely controlled & helped food production company to save money by following preventive measures of pest control.
